About us: Our management company Hailes Property Management and Maintenance Inc was formed by Keith & Jane Hailes from the Isle of Wight, UK, in 1995, to provide villa management and maintenance for absent European and American owners.

They developed Florida Suncoast Villas to market simlar villas for short term rental during the owners absence. This enables us to provide our guests with the added confidence that their rental agent also provides all the management and maintenance services for our villa.
